What to Include in Your Message
If you're reporting a problem, tell us which tool you were using (upscaler, background remover, compressor, metadata remover, cropper or QR code generator), your browser and device, and what happened compared with what you expected. For feature requests or general feedback, just tell us what you'd like to see. A lot of what we build starts from suggestions like yours.
Response Time
We read every message. As a small, free-to-use project, replies can take a few days depending on volume, but we do get back to everyone.
